Boone gets worried, and thinking that Sawyer has the inhalers, tries to raid Sawyer's stash. Boone gets his butt kicked by Sawyer. Shannon, according to Boone, has had asthma since she was a kid. Boone has packed four of Shannon's inhalers, but they are now presumed to be in Sawyer's posession.

While Sayid and Jack try to get Sawyer to fess up where he is hiding them, Sun has Michael go find eucalyptus leaves. Sawyer demands a kiss from Kate, and afterwards admits he does not have the inhalers. Jack comes back to the caves after their torture yields no helpful information.

Shannon meanwhile grows more blue in the face. Sun appears with a rub of the leaves, and it starts to help Shannon breathe easier. Soon she is feeling better.
