DO NO HARM 

Jack's future wife, Sarah, was in a car accident. Her tire blew out, and she went into oncoming traffic and was hit by an SUV. She had a spinal injury and everybody believed she would never walk again, but Jack fixed her up. They were married two years after the accident.
