It is raining when Ethan falls for the trap set by Jack and company. Jack exacts his revenge on Ethan by knocking him out. As Ethan starts to gain consciousness, Charlie appears with a gun and shoots Ethan dead.

In PILOT 1, It is raining when the pilot of Oceanic 815 is killed by the monster. Later, it is raining when they see the monster for the second time on the beach.

In ALL THE BEST COWBOYS HAVE DADDY ISSUES, it is raining when Jack is attacked by Ethan. Just after the attack Jack & Kate find Charlie hanging in a tree, presumably hung by Ethan.

In OUTLAWS it is raining when Sawyer kills Duckett.

In THE GREATER GOOD, it is raining when Shannon, upset by Boone's death, steals Jack's key and got a gun from the Halliburton case. She points the gun at Locke threatening to shoot him until Sayid tries to grab the gun. The gun goes off just grazing Locke.

In EXODUS 1 it is raining when the dynamite group hears the monster in the jungle.

In ABANDONED it is raining when Shannon and Sayid see Walt in the jungle. Shannon runs toward where they saw him. As Sayid yells to stop her, a gun goes off and Shannon collapses into Sayid's arms and dies.

In THE LONG CON it is raining quite hard when Sun is struck, abducted and dragged through the jungle.
