In EVERYBODY HATES HUGO, Hurley quits his job at Mr. Cluck's and removes his hat, leaving his boss stunned.

(An interesting side note: after their respective quittings, Jin and Hurley's lives go in opposite directions. Hurley accepts that money has changed his life, and ultimately loses a friend. Jin however, accepts not having money, and as a result of walking away from his job, meets Sun. This seems to go hand-in-hand with Hurley's dream in the beginning of EHH in which Jin appears to Hurley speaking English, and Hurley speaks Korean--the two have made some sort of reversal.)
