The Bible 

Locke shows Eko the Orientation filmstrip, and in exchange, Eko tells Locke a bible story. At the end of his story, Eko presents Locke with the Bible he found in the Arrow Hatch, revealing a box cut out of it, holding a splice of the Orientation filmstrip.

Computers

Now that the groups have merged, Locke shows Michael and Eko the Orientation filmstrip. After viewing it, Eko tells Locke that he has found a missing piece of the film. Locke splices the film back together, and the missing clip offers a small bit of information about the computer:  Never use it to communicate

Fire

Kate waits for her "father", Wayne, and then sets off an explosion in the house.
