Ana believes that rescuers will find them, via the black box:

ANA: We need to get off the beach. We need to find asafer place.
NATHAN: We've got kids and people that are seriously hurt.Where are we going to go? How are we going to move them? And whatabout the signal fire? How are we going to get rescued if we'reoff the beach?
GOODWIN: Nathan's right.
ANA: They have satellites -- the black box -- we don'tneed a fire for them to find us.

The Tailies discover the Arrow Hatch, a large storage unit hidden by the jungle's overgrowth.

Boxes

Inside the Arrow Hatch, the Tailies discover a crate filled with a Bible, blankets, a glass eye and a radio.

Bunnies

Nathan and Bernard build traps, and Bernard asks "Are we really going to be able to catch rabbits with this?"

Eyes

The Tailies discover a glass eye in a crate inside the Arrow Hatch.

Radios/Gadgets

We find out where they got the radio. The hatch the tailies found contained a trunk and among the items they found was the radio. We also learn that the tailies were the ones that communicated with Boone during his attempt to use the Beechcraft's radio for help in Deus Ex Machina.
