Desmond locks Kate into the food storage area, which is filled with containers and boxes of food.

Desmond asks Locke, as he's pointing to the computer on the table, "Do you know how to use this, boxman?" Locke says he hasn't seen that type of computer in 20 years.

Locke has been told to sit in front of the computer and enter the numbers *note floppy disk drive

Shoes

In Adrift we find out the shoes we saw in Man of Science, Man of Faith are Locke's who took them off because they were wet and making squishy noises as he was trying to sneak around unheard.
