Airplanes
Kate retrieves a DC-3 model toy plane with the numbers 5025 on the wing from the Halliburton case.
Both propellers are broken, with only one prop on each wing. It is her
childhood sweetheart Tom's plane and he put it inside a lunch box with
some other little trinkets of their childhood and they buried it under
a tree.

Birds
The French song on the map, "La Mer," translates roughly to:
"The sea which one sees dancing along the clear
gulfs to sparkles of silver. The sea of changing sparkles. Under the
rain. The sea confuses the summer sky's fleece with angels so pure. The
sea Shepherdess of blue infinity. Look! Next to the ponds. Those tall
wet reeds. Look! Those white birds. And those rusty
houses. The sea has cradled them. Along the clear gulfs. And with a
song of love, the sea has cradled my heart for life."

tries to palm the key to hide it from Jack, but he catches her sleight

Rocks
Kate throws a
rock at Sawyer, hitting him in the knee. Later, Sawyer mocks her: "I
don't need protection. I can take care of myself. Me Kate. Me throw
rock."

Skeletons
Well, almost a skeleton anyway. The marshal's body is dug up to get the halliburton key and looks very decomposed.
