Airplanes
The survivors decide to set the fuselage on fire to dispose of
the bodies inside, after they find boars rooting within. The survivors
decide to have a funeral for the victims of the crash.
This
model plane appears on top of the filing cabinet in the Melbourne
Walkabout Tour Office flashback. It's not a DC-3, looks more like an
airliner.

Birds
Irritated with her brother's criticism, Shannon tells Boone: "Oh, go rescue a baby bird or something."

Boxes
Locke reveals that he was travelling with an extensive knife collection.
He appears to be quite adept at using them, perhaps in preparation for
his Walkabout. The box o' knives makes another appearance in Special.

Clocks
Locke's wristwatch

Computers
Locke is seen in his office working at a computer. Another computer is in the background. Foreshadowing?

Crossword Puzzles
Shannon is working on a crossword puzzle.
Boone (to Shannon): That woman's still sitting there.
Shannon (not looking up from a crossword she's doing): Mmmhmmm.
Boone: Her husband was on the plane.
Shannon: Right.
Boone: Are you even listening to me?
Shannon: What's a four letter word for I don't care

The Losties hear something inside the fuselage. When they look inside
they are startled by the illuminated eyes of the boars that have
entered the plane to feed.

During the boar hunt, Locke gives Kate and Michael a series of signals, one of which includes pointing towards his eyes.

Fire
The Lostaways hold a funeral for those
that didn't make it and their bodies are in what is left of the
fuselage. We see Locke's wheelchair in the flames.

Radios and Gadgets
Sayid crafts antennas out of leftover gadgets and wiring in an
attempt to triangulate the French transmission. Kate takes one with her
during the hunt, but drops it before she can install it in a tree,
smashing it to bits.

Shoes
Following the plane crash, Locke puts on his shoe. (Note the lack of wear on the tread.)
