Batteries

Michael was worried about running down the raft radar battery and cautioned Sawyer that they should turn it on for only 5 minutes. This is the same battery given to them by Danielle in Numbers

Boats

The Others locate Michael, Walt, Jin and Sawyer on their raft and pull up to them in an old boat.  The same boat is seen again in S2E23, Live Together, Die Alone when Henry (Ben) pulls up to the Pala Ferry dock and ends up letting Michael and Walt leave together on the boat.

Boxes

The opened hatch 

Using the dynamite from the Black Rock, the Losties have finally opened the hatch. They've opened the "box." But what is inside?

Clocks

Jin's watch on the raft.

Jin gives Michael the watch.

Jin looks at the watch in a flashback to the airplane before it crashes.

Clocks

Hurley's hotel clock does not work.

Computers

Arzt is seen in line at the Sydney airport asking the man in front of him why he is getting his computer out.

Security Agent: Next.
Arzt [to the man in front of him]: Now? You're taking the computer out now?

Eyes

Locke and Jack are discussing whether or not Jack should have rescued Locke from the "monster." Locke asserts that they are being tested on the island. When Jack disagrees, Locke asserts: "That's why you and I don't see eye-to-eye sometimes, Jack -- because you're a man of science."

Fire

Charlie and Sayid finally come upon the source of the black smoke; a tire perched atop a teepee of sticks.

Rocks

Charlie is bashed in the head with a bag full of rocks when he picks up one of Danielle's traps.
