Airplanes

The Beechcraft that Locke and Boone discovered in the jungle was the same one Locke saw in his dream. Boone made his SOS transmission from this plane just before it fell off the cliff, crushing him inside. The plane contained cargo boxes carrying Virgin Mary Statues stuffed with heroin and maps from Nigeria. It is presumed to have belonged to the Priest/Drug Runner whose body Locke and Boone found in the jungle. In Season 2, The 23rd Psalm, this is confirmed to be true.

Birds

Locke, having met his father, is spending time with him dove hunting. He arrives at Cooper's compund: 
EDDIE: Mornin', Mr. Locke - you gentleman going to get some birds again?
LOCKE: I sure hope so.
Once inside, he unexpectedly finds Cooper hooked up to a dialysis machine:

COOPER: John, the dialysis will be fine for a while. I didn't tell you for this exact reason. I'm not going to let this spoil what's going to be a fantastic day, and neither should you. So, I'll get done here and we'll have a nice lunch and go shoot some birds.
Later, the two go hunting:

LOCKE: Got him.
COOPER:  Yeah, you did. Good shot, son. John, you're mother, she may be a little crazy, but at least she brought us together. Thank god it happened now, while we still have time. Let's find your bird.

Blood

Locke has a vision of the Beechcraft crashing. When he turns to Boone, to confirm that Boone saw the plane, Boone is covered in blood and staring into the sky

Box of eyeglasses 

Jack diagnoses Sawyer's headaches are a result of far-sightedness, and he creates a pair of eyeglasses for him out of the left-over eyeglasses from the crash.

Hilton Crates 

Hilton Crate found in the crashed Beechcraft plane discovered by Locke and Boone. The side of the crate reads "Hilton Tool & Machine Company Bronx 60 NY."The crates on the plane were packed with statues of the Virgin Maryfilled with heroin. Bronx 60 NY refers to a postal zone, predatingmodern zipcodes. The Bronx Zoo is in that zone. (thanks to Raven and coupons at the fuselage)  Rose said in an earlier episode that she was from the Bronx.

Eyes

Jack diagnosis Sawyer's headaches as being a result of far-sightedness. With the help of Sayid, Jack creates a pair of glasses for Sawyer.

Globes

Locke's father, Anthony Cooper, is having kidney dialysis, there is a globe in the room.

Pens

Dead drug-runner/priest carries a pretty pen in his pocket.
