Jack tells Hurley to time Claire's contractions. If they come any closer together than 3 minutes, Hurley is to come get Jack.
  Ray tells Kate she's been at his farm for almost 3 months, and everytime he asks about her past, she gets this look in her eye.
Jack tells Kate that they all "died" 3 days ago, and thus, they should all be allowed to start over.
Sayid suggests that the survivors split into 3 groups, each with its own leader: "One group for water - I'll
organize that. Who's going to organize electronics? [Kate starts
walking toward Jack.] You? Rationing food? Okay. And I believe a third
group should concern themselves with the construction of. . ."
Sayid tells Kate he is going to make an antenna to try and triangulate the source of the French transmission.
The hotel manager tells Jack the maid said Christian hadn't used the bed in 3 days.

Sayid suggests that they triangulate the radio signal: "3 antenna. 3 points of a triangle. One here
on the beach. Another, Kate will position in the jungle, roughly 2
kilometers in, and the third I'll take to high ground, up there. If the
French transmission is coming from somewhere from within our
triangulation, I'll be able to locate the source."
Charlie moves the rock blocking Jack's cave on the count of 3.

(hints that one of them might blow up like Artz did).
Artz references the 90 degree plus heat on the island.
After picking up the dynamite, Locke notes that the sun is going to set in 90 minutes.
Sayid counts to 3 before lighting the gunpowder in Charlie's wound.
