What Kate Did

    Marnie

In this episode we see Kate kill her father. We've seen her habitually lie, steal, and we've seen her with some sort of attachment to a mysterious black horse.

In Hitchcock's movie Marnie the main character is very similar to our Kate. Abused by her father, an attachment to a horse, a habitual liar and kleptomaniac. Very similar to what we've seen of Kate.

A line from the synopsis of Marnie:

    Quote:
Her escape on the horse symbolizes Marnie's escape from the life of Marion Holland, a known thief, back into the life of Margaret Edgar, successful, devoted daughter of Bernice Edgar.
