Claire reads the names of the perished during the memorial service and finds a little something to say about each one.

    Quote:
Claire: (o.s.) "Emmanuel Rafael Ortiz, Los Angeles. Turned 32 just last week. Must have had children."

(Back at the service, Shannon and Sawyer listen.)

Claire: "Video store receipt lists overdue charges for "Willy Wonka" and "The Little Princess."

From the same scene as above, this movie was also mentioned in the memorial to Emmanuel Rafael Ortiz.

    Office Space

Locke is seen working in a non-descript office. We overheard a conversation with GL-12, his gaming partner. Later he engaged in a military role-playing game with GL-12 in the breakroom. His supervisor Randy hassles him, demeans him, and demands TPS reports, a nod to the movie Office Space.

    Quote:
Milton Waddams: [talking on the phone] And I said, I don't care if they lay me off either, because I told, I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year..

Sounds like Locke talking to Helen on the phone about telling his boss off.
