The Monster
Pilot 1

The "monster" makes its presence known to the Lostaways their first night on the island. They hear screeching, metallic noises and a siren-like sound.

Peering into the jungle, they see the treetops shaking and moving rapidly as if something were quickly mowing through the trees.

REDSHIRT: It didn't sound like an animal, not exactly.

ROSE: That sound that it made, I keep thinking that there was something really familiar about it.

REDSHIRT: Really? "Where are you from?

ROSE: The Bronx.

REDSHIRT: Might be monkeys. It's monkeys.
