Walt is looking at a book of Australian Birds and thinks that he should be looking at birds from another place other than Australia because they live in Australia.

The above tickets were departing from Sydney. Brian tells Michael she, meaning Susan, would have wanted it this way.

Susan tells Michael she wants to take baby Walt to Amsterdam. Later, Michael having been hit by a car is in a hospital. He tells a nurse that his son Walt is in Amsterdam with his mother.

Susan shows up at the hospital and tells Michael that her, Walt and Brian are moving to Italy to take over the Rome offices.

New York City:

 

Brian shows up at Michaels' apartment after Susan dies. He gives him 1 round trip and 1 one way ticket to New York for him and Walt.
