Jack, Kate and Sawyer fight over a case that Kate says belongs to her. We discover a little trinket inside is what she really is after, just what it means remains to be seen. Sayid and Shannon try to make sense of Danielle's maps and papers. The tide is rising mysteriously and the group has to move the beach camp further inland. Rose and Charlie bond over Claire's strange disappearance.
