Ana kept Jin in the pit along with Sawyer and Michael.
Also, Jin had been tied up by the tailies prior to being thrown in the pit with Sawyer and Michael.

Kate was handcuffed on the plane until it crashed on the island.
Desmond made Locke tie Kate up and locked her in the pantry but unbeknownst to Desmond, Locke slipped Kate a knife so she could free her hands.
The Others held Kate captive in order to demand that Jack, Sawyer and Locke drop their guns and leave them alone.
Kate is held captive by the Others, in a polar bear cage.
Kate is held captive by the Others in the game room at the bunkers. Later, she is handcuffed to Juliet.

Ana kept Michael in the pit along with Jin and Sawyer.
Michael is captured by the Others when he attempts to rescue Walt.

Ana kept Nathan in the same pit when she thought he was the reason the Others took some of the tailies survivors.

|
Sawyer was tied to a tree by Sayid and Jack when they decided to torture him to find Shannon's asthma medicine.
Ana kept Sawyer in the pit along with Jin and Michael.
Sawyer is held captive by the Others.

Danielle holds Sayid captive in her bunker.
Fearing that he would seek revenge for the accidental shooting of Shannon, Ana tied Sayid up and held him captive.
Sayid is held captive by Sami and Amira who want him to confess to torturing Amira in Iraq.

Sun has a burlap bag put over her head and she is bound at the wrists and drug away from her garden

|
Walt is abducted by the Others off of the raft, and kept until Michael makes the exchange. He tells Michael that they ran "tests" on him.

Ben Linus
|
Danielle captures Ben "Henry Gale" in one of her traps. Sayid takes him to the vault, where he keeps Ben's hands bound and behind his back. Sayid then tortures him. He is kept in the vault until Michael releases him.
