Locke is working at a company with an insufferable boss named Randy.  In Raised By Another Locke says he lives in Tustin, California. In All The Best Cowboys we learn this was a box company in which  in Numbers we find out Hurley owns a box company in Tustin. In fact, Locke's insufferable boss Randy was once Hurley's insufferable boss, whom he gave a job at the box company following the disaster at Mr. Cluck's.
