Emily Locke's (John Locke's mother) hospital admission papers indicate that she was admitted multiple times to the Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute for treatment.
Hurley
goes to SRMHI in Numbers to visit Lenny who is an inpatient at the hospital.
Note: It is possible that Emily, Lenny and Hurley crossed paths at the hospital, but there is no direct evidence as of the airing of Man of Science, Man of Faith.

Locke is tended to by a nurse that also appears in Tale of Two Cities working with Jack at St. Sebastians. Locke's surgery may well have taken place at St. Sebastians Hospitals.
